Drive in Movies on HD Radio Possible???

I don't really know much about HD Radio, but is mulit channel sound possible over HD Radio? Most movie theater's around here have horrible sound so that my car stereo would be a MAJOR step up especially if I put the back seats down and let the subs fully breathe.
