Alright, maybe this is a crazy question, but all the dscaler website says is to unzip the files and then run dscaler.exe. Unfortunately, dscaler.exe is nowhere to be found. There is a readme file that says that I have to download Visual Studio Installer to create an install file, is that really possible? In any case, I downloaded that file and I can't install it because I don't have any version of Visual Studio.

Any help?

Hi Guldo--

Perhaps I ought to change the web site. On many machines, the .exe part of the filename is left off.

In any event, just look for the DScaler icon in the unzipped folder and double click on it.

Good luck.

Thanks for the tip Dan. Can you give me a clue as to which folder it's in in the unzipped pile? Or, is there a replacement file type that it would show up as (as in, .ini, .???)?

I'm still having trouble locating it.

Thanks

Guldo: Now I understand what you did. Download the "binary" rather than the "source".
