hey all!
i'm looking for a piece of software that will check the integrity of a DTS or Dolby Digital file without me having to physicly listen to it. it would also be awesome if it could fix a broken bitstream as well.
why? basicly i have a Portishead DTS CD that is totally fubar. i would like to try to rip and rebuild it before just buying a new one. also, i'm going to be ripping all my DTS CDs to my HDD and then APEing them, and would like to avoid physicly listening to several hours of music, with the impending threat of a sudden, super-loud, burst of static.
