I’m selling this gear for a buddy of mine who’s very passionate about Home Theater. He’s ready to upgrade to a Seaton Submersive HP+ setup, and is thusly selling his two Hsu VTF-15 subwoofers AND an Emotiva XPA-5… all for just $1599.
This gear is currently housed in a gorgeous smoke-free, pet-free room with some great gear and has been very well cared for (see pics below).
As a former owner of an Emotiva XPA-5 (and the starter of The Official Emotiva XPA-5 Thread here on AVS), I can vouch for the outstanding performance of the XPA-5. Having listened to the Hsu VTF-15H’s in action, I’d say their performance falls somewhere between the SVS PB-13 Ultra (which I’ve also owned) and the Seaton Submersive HP (two of which I currently own)—outperforming the former, but bettered by the latter in output and extension (hence the Seaton Submersive HP upgrade).
List price for an Emotiva XPA-5 is $999.
List price for the Hsu VTF-15 is $879 EACH.
We are selling $2,758 worth of equipment for $1599.
Bottom line: if you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime deal to get in on heavy-hitting subwoofers AND a high performance 5 channel amp, this is it.
Purchasers local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area are preferred, but we will ship if necessary.
