I have a dish network VIP722 in dual mode but only have 1 cable running down the wall. I was wonder if it is possible to take the output to TV2 coax and run it back through the input cable and then splice it to TV2.

I have attached an image to hopefully help in what I'm trying to do.

Yes, you need a coax diplexer. A google search should find what you are looking for.

So if I get a DiPlexer for both the [1:2] boxes in the diagram I attached, then it should work? Any particular Diplexer I should be looking for?

Yes. Perhaps someone with installation experience could recommend one, but I think it would just have to be DBS compatible.
