I wanted to know if I ran 4 2ch amps off my pre amp could I use the one amp to run a sub and the center or should I just use a sub amp and not use the last ch.?


What I was looking at doing was getting 4 NAD C 272,

If the amp channel output will handle the sub, which are often 4 ohm, I see no reason not to use it for that. Four 2 channel amps will take up a lot of space. Why not a single 7 channel, or a 5 /3 setup?

I have a big space to fill and I think it would look BAD A$$. Also I would get a little more power with that set up. I will be running 2 par of Allison Three's or maybe 2 Allison Ones and Snell in-wall speakers and sub. I also have kids that like it LOUD!!
