I know this thread is old but...I have the same issue. I went up today to clean and realized my dust/film is not on the outside but inside of the lens. I dont see it affecting the picture at all, but I am not sure if this is normal and if there is some way to clean it. On PQ I am wondering if I dont know what I am missing, although I dont detect a difference from when it was new 2 yrs ago.

Dust inside lens of Panasonic PT900U
There seems to be a lot of dust on the inside lenses. I'm not sure how all that dust got in there. How easy is it to remove the lens to clean it?
