Hi!

I can see some dust spots inside my old (but working)

SHP (Super High Pressure?) Bulb on the reflector.

The dust is really there. Or maybe I just lost my mind! :)

I always thought the whole glass unit is under high pressure.

But if dust gets there, it isn't. My question is simple.

Which part of the lamp is at Super High Pressure really?

Thanks! :)

The dust is burned into the surface of the dichroic reflector due

to the heat. Do not attempt to clean it, the coating will come off.

The dust has very little effect on the light output of the projector.
