DVD Jukebox Software?

Does anyone have a recommendation for Windows XP software that would let me browse DVD video_ts folders by cover art and name? I have found "My Movies 2" but it is only for MCE, not plain XP. Any suggestions for DVD jukebox software much appreciated!
