Which DVD players do support blacker than black and whiter than white?

In what price range? I just went through this for the sub $100 players. Search this forum for BTB. Here's a quick summary post: LINK


The next step in price is the oppo 980 for about $140, which I'd also recommend.

$100 au is about $69us. I don't have a recommendation in that price range. They'll all clip. I'd buy what you can try and return (easily) if you don't like it.

Not here! Okay lets say something between $100 and $200.

I like the panasonic S54 for about $80 us. Next up in price is he pio 410, but may need hacked firmware to not clip and it's about $100. If you're considering the 410, then also consider the pio elite dv-48. It can be had on the internet for the same price and with a the better elite warranty. Above that in price is the oppo 980. list is $160, but refurbs (which I've had no issues with) go for about $135 or so. you need to call about these.

Thanks! Unfortunately only the S54 and the 410V are available here and the 410V is the cheapest for AU$130. The S54 is closer to AU$200.
