I currently am looking for a DVD player not realy concerned about dvd audio/sacd more interested in picture, I have just purchased the sim2 300+ so I need something to do the sim justice would apreciate any feedback, I am currently looking

at toshiba sd9500, arcam 27, dennon 3800

I would suggest getting the Sim2 the new ARCAM FMJ DV27A coming out soon. The unit is extremely well constructed and will mate perfectly with your Sim2 HT300+


I'm using the ARCAM DV88 today with my Sim2 HT300+ and it produces a brilliant picture and awesome sound. A tip to improve the best picture and sound from the ARCAM to an even higher level is to use the PS Audio Ultimate Outlets and XStream AC/Digital/Analog cables. They made my unit reach audio and video nirvana.


Also your projector likes the Ultimate Outlets and XStream cables to produce an even snappier picture.
