anyone have any experience in using these programs to make a demo disk (a complilation of clips / scenes from several dvd's, including dts tracks)?

if so, does anyone have a tutorial or guide (preferably a step-by-step guide)?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

DVD Shrink is great freeware for backing up DVD9 to DVD5.

IFOEdit and VOBEdit are also great freeware tools for making IFO and BUP files and modifying sets of VOB files etc..

What you need to make a DVD with multiple movies and a menu to look great is DVDLab or one of the Ulead DVD products etc....

Professional products like Scenarist are beyond hobbyist pricetags and also need a steep learning curve.

I like DVDLab by mediachance very logical / easy to use http://dvdlab.net/dvdlab/

There are nice tutes for making animated menus etc...
