DVD/VCR combo with upscaling

Is there a DVD/VCR player with an HDMI output that upscales both the DVD and VHS outputs? I'm pairing this with a flat panel for a classroom and would like to keep operation simple. I don't need recording capability, but would consider one if it is the only option.
