DVD with no subtitles, how can I add them?

I have the ripped DVD with German, and Dutch subtitles, but no English.

I have the English subtitles in .sub format.


How do I make TheaterTek (which I prefer, or ZP if not possible in TK) play the movie from DVD, and read the subtitles from the hard drive?


This is the 14th time this has happened (I watch a lot of foreign films that don't care about adding English Subs) so I gotta make a post.

VERY much hope there is a solution.
