What current model DVD recorders also have a built in atsc ota tuner? I'm actually in need of getting both a recorder and OTA set-top and would love to save space and get it all in one package.

none in the USA yet...well to be more precise, none with an ATSC tuner (I guess someone could import one with a DVB-T tuner...not that it would do any good).
This has been discussed ad nauseum in multiple threads....I am too looking for this unit, but will have to wait until next year...and knowing the electronic companies, probably after the March 7, 2007 deadline when all devices must have an ATSC tuner.
They probably can't produce new ones after that, but can still sell old ones.
