Does anyone know if the Z2 will accept a DVI-D cable? I think I read somewhere that DVI-D will work with DVI-I, which is what the Z2 has, but I am not 100% certain.

edit: BTW, I bought the RAM premium DVI-D cable. Anyone using this with the Z2?

KangarooPaw - Some of us don't live our lives to wait for the AVS search to return an infinite number of non-related items, thus forcing us to sit at our computer all day and sift through the responses. I'm glad there are some people that have less to do with their time .

DVI-D = DVI connector with a Digital Connection

DVI-A = DVI connector with an Analog Connection (RGBHV)

DVI-I = DVI connector that can support both Digital and Analog

One caveat . If you buy the DVI-I male cable(which fits the z2) make sure it fits the other component you're hooking it up to. The male (dvi-i)cable will not fit a DVI-D female socket. DAMHIK.

Also if you wanto to make sure that the signal is not passed through the analog part, get a DVI-D cable. only digital.
