Hi guys

I have ordered my first pj and I was wondering what qualitiy difference

there is between connecting the HTPC via VGA or DVI. I want to setup

my HTPC next to the receiver which means at least 30 feet away from

pj (I could put it halfway if necessary). As far as I can see high quality

DVI cables are more valuable than gold and thus I was wondering if

there's much of a difference between VGA (high quality, bettercables)

and DVI. Oh yeah, I'll have a HS10 with only around 85" diag.

Thanx,

Zorkan

I don't know what an HS10 is, but I will assume it has a fixed resolution. If this is the case, unless you can get the pixels to line up perfectly with VGA, DVI should be better. The text under the Windows Desktop's icons are a good indicator of whether or not you are getting pixel perfect. When it comes to watching movies, it probably won't make that much of a difference since the text is not that small. If your HS10 is not fixed resolution (ie CRT) then it won't matter which you choose that much.
