My Dwin blacked out last night while watching a movie and the green led just flashes. When i unplugged and tried to power on it made a screech like noise and a flash of light under the blue tube near the front left side. I bummed because this projector has a great picture and the tubes are at 500 hours. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Thanks.

Im not sure about that screeeeech noise? Doesnt sound good. But from your voice mail I was sure you were talking about that power supply connection that seems to fail on some dwins and makes a spark gap jump to the chasis.

Same thing happened to mine. It is repairable and will be as good as ever.
