Just a quick note for those interested.
I have a problem with a light splash from a source that I believed to be coming from my DWIN transvision projector.
While DWIN did not find the problem with the projector, (on the way back) I must report that the service was outstanding!
From the first phone call the response and service level was nothing short of professional. I beleived they checked my projector on the day of receipt. (Thanks Roger)
I'll continue to troubleshoot my source's such as the DVD player when I receive the projector. It's just that I feel that when you pay a premium for quality it's worth mentioning when the company mfr stands behind it with great service.
I love this unit.
