Just a quick note for those interested.


I have a problem with a light splash from a source that I believed to be coming from my DWIN transvision projector.


While DWIN did not find the problem with the projector, (on the way back) I must report that the service was outstanding!


From the first phone call the response and service level was nothing short of professional. I beleived they checked my projector on the day of receipt. (Thanks Roger)


I'll continue to troubleshoot my source's such as the DVD player when I receive the projector. It's just that I feel that when you pay a premium for quality it's worth mentioning when the company mfr stands behind it with great service.


I love this unit.

Now...gotta find that splash.

Just a follow up to express once again pleasure in the

service team at DWIN.


There was a screw up by UPS in delivering my projector

from DWIN after a check up. It was scheduled to be shipped

back from NJ UPS station to DWIN's CA office.


The service staff, understanding that I needed a projector

for a party at my home, sent a loaner in it's place until

I recived my projector back.


Can't speak highly enough about the product and the company

that stands behind it.
