Oh gurus of HDTV and assorted knowledgeable and experienced ones-

I have recently started experiencing an odd problem when trying to view OTA HD from "progressive scan stations" (Fox and now ABC). Up until about two weeks ago, the only station in my area broadcasting progressive was Fox (I'm in the SF bay area). And while a bit difficult to lock in, it came in fine (in HD mode, though understood to be 480p). I have a Mits 46805 (1.5 years old) with a D6000 Now, both Fox AND ABC are messed up, but only in HD; in SD they're fine. The effect is that they appear to have every other set of scan lines offset by about 1/4" The thickness of these sets of lines is about 1/16", but the effect is throughout the entire screen. The local "interlaced stations" come in fine in HD (PBS, CBS, and the satellite channels are not affected).

Any clues or advice as to what's going on? I'm at a bit of a loss here.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Steve
