Is there any way to have the DVD not display a menu and simply play the one movie on the dvd-r? In other words, if I dub a single program to a dvd-r disk, I don't need a playlist/menu to appear. I'd rather have the dvd simply play the movie. The only options seem to be what color of menu I want.

I think this is an option in the E100, but not the E80. It can also be done on a PC.

For the E80h, you cannot make a first play only DVD-R. I think it can be done on a RAM disc. This is one reason I now transfer my programs to DVD-RAM then to the PC for further processing...
