Just hooked this up for the first time last night. I am getting the banner for HD Net (Channel 199) HBO HD (#509) and SHOW HD (543) but no actual pictures. Also not receiving a picture on the Paras Todos (sp?) channels. I am getting a strong signal (87+) on all 3 birds.


After spending 45 minutes on the phone last night, D* is sending me another access card.


Anyone have any insight? Could it be the access card? The receiver? Something else?

The new access card is D*'s fix for everything that fixes nothing.


Your problem is probably dish aim since you don't get the Spanish channels. If you can't get channel 400 in Spanish, your dish aim is off and you are not picking up the 119 sat. You can also check to see if you get NASA programming on 376. Your numbers may be good but the E86 has no way of knowing which sats it's aiming at. It only gives numbers on what the LNBs are picking up.
