This is an example of what I want to do. Does this mean if my projector is 12.0-14.5 feet at the heights mentioned...this will fill my 100" screen?

This is my first home theatre and I am looking forward to it. Got one of the Mustang 100" electric screens for 200 bucks coming too.

Sure. The projector zoom lens will fill up your 100" screen within the range.
