Looks like the seller just wanted to have more selling options. There is nothing wrong with putting an item up in both audiogon and ebay. If he finds someone to buy them he can always cancel the other listing.

Yeah, but his ebay rating is 642 with a 100% positive rating. Plus, a scammer isn't generally going to take so many decent photos of the product.
