Any thoughts on ECS GF8200A Motherboard for a Budget HTPC?

I only plan on using it for Netflix Instant, MKV files and surfing the web. I already have a PS3 for Blu-Ray and games. The reason I picked this is for price and because it's supposed to be capable of doing multichannel PCM over HDMI.
