While not entirely home theater related, I am wondering if one of you has some knowledge involving relays.
I am trying to use a thermostat to trigger a separate AC circuit. Thermostats output a 24v AC signal to heating/cooling systems. Instead of a heating and cooling system, I want the thermostat to trigger a relay which then switches on and off the AC circuit.
So to clarify:
thermostat (24v AC) -> relay -> AC circuit (120V AC)
I need to know what kind of relay I should buy. I am looking at this one:

However, will a 24v AC switch activate this 125VAC relay?
I have done a lot of reading on this and I feel like I am really close to knowing how to do this, but I need some input. I know a lot of you are very knowledgeable about these kinds of things. The end goal is cooling a server rack for my home theater
