Its pretty easy. I have already moved it a couple of times. On tile the rollers on the Elite stay true and glide easily with very little resistance. You pull from the bottom of the TV with both hands, (hands evenly spaced from the center) trying to keep the sides parallel to the side walls of the cabinets. Pull only a few inches at a time. When you slide your hands under the TV cabinet you will find that there is cut (recess)all along lengthwise that makes for a natural grip. If it goes out of line at one end just give an extra pressure pull on the other end. Keep on repeating the process till the TV is out. I have about 1/8" clearance on each side and I had no problem.
To put the TV back into the space I push the TV from the panel frame on top of the screen, hands close to the ends, using the above procedure.
The only time you will have problem is if the rollers on the TV get into the grout line. It moves the TV offline. Luckily, I have thin grout lines and they run in a diamond shape so are not a factor.
