not at all or depends on where ya live


if ya cant find an elite you dont want one. Houston is a pretty big area with alot of shops. and online is never sold out.

It's pretty easy to find over here. I see at least 1-2 everytime I'm at Target, Walmart, etc.

Yup, Houston's got alot of places...I've got a list of 15 different stores and their phone numbers that I call every day to see if they've got them in stock. Only found them in stock once since the Elite was launched and it was sold by the time I got off work.


Online is definately not always in stock.


I think they're selling alot better than most people think.

They are sold out again, but you can check your local store stock online. All stores are sold out in KC.

They're in stock at every local Wal-Mart in my area. Also, my BB and CC both have several units out and on the shelves.

The local stores around metro atlanta have been sold out too.


Out of all the places, I prefer to shop at circuit city (not to mention they are a sponsor of AVS forums here, so I'd like to help them out). Anyway, talked to a few guys at CC and they found me one at another store called up there and set it aside for me. Great cs.

Every place I've been to has been sold out, and selling out of their restocks. Best Buy, GameStop, Circuit City and Target employees have said they have been hard to get. And almost all follow through stating they have plenty of PS3s to sell...

I lucked out - went into a Wal-mart and they had 6 in stock. (Thursday of last week)

Everywhere else I called was out. The local Gamestop told me that it would be at least 2-3 weeks before they got any more...


It's weird that the elite is selling so well. The only reason I got one was because my launch system died the same week it came out. I'm still trying to decide to have the old one fixed or just sell it...
