Well, the Starling 2 screen looked nice but we run into an issue and the customer support in California just strings you along: send us a video, send it again, have to ask my manger, manager has to ask the president (!), please send it to California so that we can look at it, we may help you, perhaps.

It's still broken, what a drag. I will try to fix it myself but there are no diagrams, no help.

I WOULD NOT BUY ELITE AGAIN: DESIGN PROBLEMS AND NO HELP

Just wanted to let you know.

Thanks. They are odd when you talk to them in California, everybody pushes the file to someone else. As if they had no-one really in charge of service. Glad not to be alone in my perception!
