Serious does not mean loud, serious means you can hear every note, every instrument, in it's exact place on the sound stage.
It means you can hear the decay of a struck key of the piano in a Bill Evans piece(peace). You can hear a drummers stick on a cymbal. You can hear the echo in Roberta Flacks voice because of the studio.
Well that is what it means to me.

But that's not power, that is speakers, equipment, room and source material.
