So I bought some Energy Take Classics from this man. It is new, but open box. Tested it out and works great. It was missing the center for some reason, but I got everything for $200. I placed an order for the BIC F12 and plan on selling the ESW-8 that came with the package.

First off is this a fair deal? Secondly, I wanted to know what kind of center piece I should get for this system. I plan on doing a 7.1 in the future. Does it matter what kind of center I should get? Idon'tknow if there would be any blending issues. This guy is selling an energy e:xl-c that's a few years old for $40. Should I get that?

Also, I want a really good 7.1 receiver but for very cheap. I will consider refurbish avr. Does this mean I should get an avr without HDMI and later buy some sort of external hdmi input/outputs?? I will watch mainly movies with some video games and music.

Thanks!

Try to get it for $30...

I don't know if it's a tonal match. How would I find that out? There is one energy take classic brand new and sealed selling for $50 shipped. Should I just buy that and just complete the set?

Or I can just find some used energy tower as fronts and a nice energy center like that e:xl-c center speaker and complete a 7.1? If so, what kind of specs should I look for to achieve a tonal match?
