I have an Epik subwoofer and the amplifier will not power on. I emailed Epik a week ago about getting it repaired, but havent hear back from them yet. It is not under warranty so I'll have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I am having a local electronics repair company look at it tomorrow to see if they can fix it, but they wanted to see if I had schematics....which I don't. Anyone know if this is something I can get for them to fix it? I hope I'm not out of luck? Thanks!!!

My Epik Empire no longer turns on too.

Although Epik's warranty is 3 years, it also states the warranty is void if you don't keep the original shipping box to ship it back. I had nowhere to store such a large box, so threw it out after my purchase.

Amps are pretty easy to fix in scheme of things. Most competent local handy dandy electronics repair shops can fix ya up lickety split.



Average skill level electronic hobyists as well.....



If it's in warranty? I'd get a hold of the company and talk to them about it.

Just curious - did you guys get yours fixed? I've been trying to contact Epik as well but no luck yet.
