I like the podrace scene the best. You have to watch it about 5 times to really appreciate it though. The deleted parts from the podrace are great.

I think the pod race, lap 2 is great, but the best part is the 5.1 sound included. It's an easy way to demo your system without having to stop the movie after the demo.
