Epson 5040ub no signal

Hi everyone,

I’m now to the forum so I hope I am putting this in the correct place. My projector is less than 2 years old and it has been great. I had it ceiling mounted for about a year and then we moved. It was packed in the original box and sat for about 8 months. I just hooked it up again and there is no signal on the HDMI ports. I have tested the source and cable on my regular tv and they work fine. I have followed the trouble shooting steps the Epson recommended (very simple ones, they were all things I tried before I even started searching.). None of that worked so I upgraded the firmware and reset to factory defaults... still no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

If the projector is turned off and you press menu can you see the menu?
