A stock (not a refurb) Epson 5040UB LCD projector with 4K Enhancement, original owner, purchased from an authorized Epson dealer. Comes from a smoke free adult home.
I've never had a problem with it. Works perfectly. Great sharp image.
Comes with the original box, manual/CD, remote control and power cord.
