Just wondering what everyone's experience with Epson sending a replacement unit.
Would you recommend having the replacement sent first (and give your credit card) or sending your defective projector first and waiting for the replacement then?
What happens if the shipping company messes up and Epson doesn't receive my defective, I'm stuck paying the full bill for the new one?
Also if anyone from Canada has input that would be great. Just not sure if I should send mine first, or get the replacement first.
