The basics:

Run all RGBHV (video scaler & HDD200) into the Barco directly. This assumes you have the second RGBHV input in the 1209.

Run all NTSC video (DVD, VCR,'s, 4DTV) into the video scaler.

Run all audio (analog & digital) into a/v receiver.

Use the 2 Yamaha stereo amps (just 3 channels) for L/C/R, and use the Onkyo L/C/R for the rear surround channels.

Ken H...Thanks...the Barco only has one RGVHB input. I just got the HDD-200 and therein lies my problem..my current setup is: Satellite dish in to 4DTV receiver, out to JVC VCR 6900(tuner),in to Onkyo A/V receiver...DVD,VCR,Cable TV all in to A/V receiver, all out to scaler(presently FE Quadscan Pro,to be replaced by Rock which is still sitting in the box),scaler out to Barco via RGVHB.
