I've had this one for a long time, and finally got around to playing it last night. I thoroughly enjoyed this concert. My wife rarely comes down to say "can you turn that down a little?" Well, she had to come down last night because I had that puppy thumpin'. What a great DVD. If you even remotely like Eric Clapton, go get this disc.
Agreed, though I generally like his style more in the psuedo-blues days we he was inspiring Peter Green and others. His style for the last twenty or so years has been more his own, but I like the BB King emulations.
This is one of my very favorite DVD concerts and I play it as often as any that I own. The only disappointing thing about it is the flimsy case it comes in. But if anyone knows of a better Clapton DVD, performance and sound quality-wise, please chime in!
I have the unplugged dvd which i liked alot. i also have another of his which was done a while back. It had Phil Collins on drums. That was a decent concert also. The name of it right now escapes me.
