I was patching an 80GB drive when I got the following results:

**** Creating partition block...

Partition 1 size is 614400 (0x96000) blocks

Partition 2 size will be 155687085 (0x94798AD) blocks

*** Clearing voulme sequence blocks...

**** Reading signature and FAT blocks...

**** Patching signature and FAT blocks...

Number of clusters is 0x4a3cc

CRC is 0x0000

XOR byte 0x0000

****Resetting MPEG Partion

Partition 1 size is 614400 (0x96000) blocks

Partition 2 starts at sector 614402 (0x96002)

Parttion 2 cluster size is 0 bytes

*** Error invalid clsuter size for partition 2

*Patch complete

I tried to repatch without fixing the MPEG partition size, Is that a safe thing to do? We'll test it.

Does anyone know what happened and if or why this is a problem?

Interesting.

Details on the unit you're upgrading?

Best guess I can figure is that you forgot to copy the first partition off the original Replay drive.

Or something else.

Additional details (on what you did, what kind of unit you're using, etc) would help.
