I'm looking for a Panasonic RP82 but it seems Panasonic uses different model names overhere in Europe. Does anyone know under which model name the RP82 and XP50/XP30 were sold?

I think the RP82 is RA82. Don't know about the others.

There is no RP82 in Europe only RA82, which has no progressive scan.

I don't need it and it makes the player lots more expensive.
