Does anyone has actually see one of those EVD player and how's it picture comparing to DVD?

I have seen them here in Hong Kong. The Shinco EVD-8830 is selling here right now including 5 EVDs(only Chinese movies). I have seen this player playing EVD but the picture to me wasn't that much different then dvd infact i still prefer dvds. But then they were only really old chinese movies recorded on the EVD so you can't really make a good comparison right now. Just wait for some hollywood movies to come out on EVDs then we'll see. Also the player only has analogue outputs, component, svideo and few others.
