So i am trying to figure out if this company (Nolyn Acoustics) is reputable or not. I have seen a few of these speaker sets online at places like craigslist for $350 to $800 dollars. i went on the website and the suggested retail price is $2500 for the n60. i cant seem to find anywhere that sells these or any reviews on them. Does anybody have any insight on this? if you google nolyn acoustics you can check out their website.

Is the sub an amp? Or is this a passive sub like that Bose crap? Either way I wouldn't give more than $150 and that would be for someone who doesn't care what it sounds like.

Some can, if you're content with 95dB maximum output at 1 meter. There's no replacement for displacement.

Yeah I spell porkies. No way 80hz FR for sat, 35hz for sub.

I'd pay about £100 for those systems. Thing is with unknown quality, it may be shorted inside, and you don't know of the electrical safety of the subwoofer amp, if it's active.

As mentioned is the sub active or passive?

Just give that brand a miss.
