Is there any way to still get MalXs or the latest TempestXs? Does anyone know for sure?

I sure hope someone has an answer for this! I've got a single Shiva in a sonosub, and I'd sure like a second one!

Per my recent discussion with Kevin (the owner of Diycable), due to issues with the factory he was using, there are no future runs planned for the shiva, tempest, or MalX.


I was looking for a second Tempest, so I know just how you feel.


Best of luck to Kevin. He's had some bad luck with suppliers, and hopefully he'll land on he's feet from this.

I am so glad I snagged a Mal-x. I just need to build a box now.

I am glad I never got around to selling my Mal-X, now with the slim picking for drivers I wish I had ordered a couple more.


I have seen Erich H who supplies the killer flat packs at http://www.diysoundgroup.com/ talk about contacting a mfg. about 15" and 18" subs so hopefully we can get some quality DIY subs again.


I hope Kevin at DIYcable can rebound and bring back the Exodus line, great subs.
