Hi,

I am trying to combine Sat and OTA antenna signals into one cable so I don't have to run anohter cable. I used one Terk Diplexers to combine the signal and one to split the signal. The Sat signal works fine, however I lost CBS and FOX SPORT digital (the 2 major HDTV broadcasters)

The Terk diplexers came with a DC BLOCK, and if I don't use the DC Block, then all OTA channel will work fine, but the Sat signal will not pass through. One DC block is inserted before the OTA go into the diplexer and the other one inserted before going out to the receiver.

Anybody has experience with diplexers? Terk costs the most, I am thinking of trying other less expensive brand: Recoton, Philips, etc...

By the way, I have the Samsung SIR-TS160 receiver.
