HELP...

I am looking to purchase a Explorer 940 IR Extender.

I called Scientific Atlanta/CISCO and they no longer sell to the public and told me to contact my cable provider....

I contacted COMCAST and they didn't even know what the product was... After about 20 emails I finally am giving up. the COMCAST customer service was useless.

Where can I purchase the Explorer 940 IR Extender or a similar product to extend my remote about 25 feet.

I'm in the same boat. Just called Time Warner today and was told they do not sell or rent it, and I am awaiting a response to an e-mail I sent SA...
