are you in the us or canada? wondering since expressvu is canadian satellite system
so your tv does not have a built in hdtv (atsc) tuner?
do you have a dish hd receiver (dish 6000, 811, 921 or 942) that is hooked up to a sat dish, then you could use one of those as they have ota tuners built in?
if not and your in the US just try a ota stb from radio shack
