Discussion Starter #1 (Edited)
I have bi-wire speaker cables to Space-Tech speakers made for tubes with bi-wire capabilities. It has a nice bass but wanting in the tweeter department. I also own a pair of the small Harbeth P3ESR's and would like to extend my speakers cables so that one set goes to the woofer inputs on the bi-wire inputs of the Space-Tech speaker and the other set to the single input of the Harbeths.

Would I damage my amp trying this experiment.

Thank you.

It probably wouldn't damage it, but the result would be paralleling the woofer of the one speaker with the other speaker, resulting in a low impedance load that could cause the amp protection circuits to shut it down.

Biwiring is complete and utter garbage. Use the search function, it's been discussed a gazillion times.

He didn't ask about traditional bi-wiring with a single speaker....
OK, I misread. What the OP suggested is not recommended because the tweets will be widely separated and probably operating over different ranges and may have different sensitivities leading to a poor balance and HF phasing. Sell them and buy speakers with the characteristics you want.

Why not add something useful? Or is a snide acronym your limit?
