is there any external stand alone tuner card that support digital and QAM, PiP ?


all of the external stand alone tuner card is analog and not digital tuner right now.

Dvico has a USB tuner that will handle both ATSC and QAM (Fusion HDTV5 USB tuner). You can read about it here:
