I am have been plowing through many samples and looking for fabrics. This one has caught my eye and want a confirmation this is a good fabric "acoustically" for the side and rear walls of the room. Will do half Linacouatic, half poly batting and this would go over it for the "majority" of the referenced walls.

Says acoustically "neutral" on the PDF link at the bottom right of the page. Thanks!!

If you can blow through it with relative ease, it should work fine.

It's hard to tell from viewing the samples on a monitor, but it looks like this pattern is slightly dimpled, with darker recesses and lighter ridges. You should test your sample in a dark room with reflected light to make sure the lighter portion of the pattern is not too reflective/distracting, especially if it will be used on the majority of your wall surface.
