Faroudja vp400 and Barco 701s

I bought a Faroudja vp400 quadrupler from Curt a few months ago. The manual says the output sync is at 62.94Hz. I am using it on a Barco 701s. The set-up screen show that the NTSC input sync is 15.5Hz /60 to a top of 33.7Hz/60 for HDTV HI Vision. I am getting no picture. Will this Faroudja vp400 work with this projector or is there any way to match them up. When Curt sold it to me on e-bay he said it worked perfectly so I don’t think the Faroudja vp400 is bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
